What counts

Two meters. That's the whole model.

Every plan pools its quota across all your projects. Most things your agent does are standard ops; the heavy, Stacklink-paid compute is premium.

Estimate it

Slide your month. We'll do the meter's math.

Every plan computed with the same formula the meter uses — base price plus overage, rounded up to the cent. The best fit lights up.

Questions

The fine print, in plain sight.

01What's a standard op?
Normal Stacklink work: API and MCP calls, provider tools, triggers, webhooks, knowledge, and connection work. One call, one op — a tool call on Slack costs the same as one on Zoho Books.
02What's a premium op?
Variable infra that Stacklink pays for: workbench runtime, web search, OCR and extraction, heavy compute. Sandbox time meters per started 10 seconds at 1× / 2× / 3× by size — and the premium rate runs roughly 3× the standard rate.
03What happens when Free runs out?
It stops — a clear 402, not a bill. Your quota returns on the 1st of the month, or upgrade any time. Paid plans are never blocked: past the included quota they meter per 1K ops at your plan's rate.
04When do the meters reset?
On the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). One plan covers your whole account — the quota is pooled across every project in it.
05Do failed or errored calls count?
No. Only completed work meters. Failed executions, error responses, and Stacklink's own internal stages are never counted. Minimum charge is 1 op — only for work that actually ran.
06Can I cap what I spend?
Free is a hard cap by design. On paid plans, workbench budgets let you cap sandbox spend, runtime, and output per day, week, or month — work stops before the budget does. And your live usage is always one call away.
07How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and save — $28 on Builder, $98 on Startup, $398 on Scale. Checkout and the billing portal run through Stripe; change or cancel there any time. Overage, if any, still meters monthly.
08What does Enterprise change?
Custom quotas and overage rates, unlimited projects, custom rate limits, 365-day log retention, volume pricing and an MSA. Write to sales@stacklink.in.
